The Roland MC-101 Groovebox is an ultra-portable sequencing tool for idea creation on the go. You can do complicated routines in a small device that has the same professional effects as the bigger 707 version.

The MC-101's extensive collection of pro-effects allows you to create professional-quality music right from the device. With the 101 groovebox, you may use delays, reverbs, chorus, distortion, and amps. Filters, bit-crushers, and master bus compressors may also be used to nicely glue your tracks together for polish and clarity. The MC 101 Groovebox incorporates sounds from the renowned TR-808 and 909 synthesisers, giving you access to vintage synth sounds that you may alter for your own current creations. You may also use the SD card reader to simply add your own sounds and samples. The imported audio can also be tempo-synced to the groovebox pace.
