In order to produce a thin atmosphere or dense haze clouds, the Hurricane Haze 1DX is equipped with a control knob that lets you adjust the amount of haze. It also utilises a water-based fluid and there's a 1.5L fluid tank with an inbuilt sensor that stops the pump when the fluid level falls too low, helping to extend the machine's life.

A digital display on the device's back makes it possible to adjust output speed in stand-alone mode, or the 3-pin XLR connectors provide access to the DMX control mode with only one readily accessible DMX channel.
