Audio playback

Audio playback inside the CDJ-3000 is far superior, thanks to the next-gen audio design where precision and rich-detail are vital. Pioneer DJ has unleashed 25 years' worth of experience into creating innovative DJ equipment that produces outstanding sound quality and reproduction. Pioneer's CDJ 3000 multiplayer has a processing speed of 96 kHz/32-bit, and all audio playback formats are supported including MP3, AAC, WAV, FLAC, ALAC and AIFF. Sound reproduction is apparent and precise with advanced audio processing technology, making this the best unit that Pioneer DJ has ever made.

New and Improved Touchscreen Display

All the data and functions you need and more are included in the mega 9-inch high-resolution touch-screen monitor. In addition to shortcuts and more buttons for the more commonly used categories and features, such as Search and Playlist, additional information has been added. This is to ensure simple and time-saving accessibility.

It has a familiar feel to the Graphic User Interface (GUI), mainly if you have used the CDJ-2000NXS2. However, now, along with other preferences, including text size and the option to set the details you want to view.

Key Sync and Key Shift

The Key Sync changes the key of the incoming track automatically to ensure that it matches the one that plays on the master deck, ensuring a seamless transition. On the touchscreen, the Key Shift feature is available and means that the user can manually shift a track's key up or down.

Enhanced Layout

The top plate is made of high-quality aluminium and has been redesigned with the Hot Cue, Play and Cue keys, making them better than they have ever been. The arrangement is such that it makes it possible to play the CDJ as though it was a musical instrument.

Eight Hots Cue Buttons – Under the waveform display, the eight durable buttons are conveniently and intuitively placed and are used to trigger Hot Cues. Their placement makes it easier to choose cue points according to the position on your track.

Dedicated Beat Jump Buttons – The buttons allow the user, within the track, to jump forward or backward from the current playback location. A value of 1⁄2, 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32 or 64 beats can be set as the quantised number of beats.

Auto Beat Loop section – The CDJ-3000 provides an 8-Beat Loop button in addition to the 4-Beat Loop function, which allows for advanced creativity. y Using the extended options for odd-numbered loops and polyrhythmic loops, sounds can be looped live in the mix.
A V-Lock power cable that protects against unintended disturbances or disconnections is included. The console also comes with an easy-to-use, high-quality optical cable that is suitable for use in professional setups or clubs.

Redesigned Jog Wheel

Inside the jog wheel, the mechanism has been redesigned, making it feel much sleeker. When compared to the NXS2, the latency has been decreased by half. In the center of the wheel, the useful high-resolution screen monitor is ideal for showing crucial track information at a glance.
