The Native Instruments Maschine Mikro Mk3 is a compact music production instrument that combines a wealth of powerful controls functions alongside responsive hardware that allows you to create excellent-sounding rhythms and phrases seamlessly. This groove production machine is great for music producers as well as live performers thanks to the plethora of functionalities that let you create and design your own sound. 

The 16 velocity-sensitive, RGB backlit, performance pads give you four ways to generate phrases and sounds and includes; Pad mode gives you the standard tap to play functionality, Keyboard mode which lets you play melodies, Chord mode allows you to create chord progressions, and Step mode which offers the classic step-sequencer style of writing music. A dual touch smart strip has been inherited from the Maschine Jam and lets you strum chords and instruments as well as pitch bend and modulate sounds and access the Perform FX mode which gives you excellent control over your music.

The Maschine Mikro Mk3 is also equipped with a wealth of classic groove machine features such as a velocity lock, swing adjustment, note repeater, and arpeggiator, step sequencer, and vintage MPC60/SP1200 sampling emulation for full creative control over the sound of your music. A push encoder lets you quickly browse and navigate your way through your sample and preset libraries so you can rapidly get the exact sound you need, the encoder also enables you to make adjustments to your volume levels as well as panning and any adjustable parameters you need to.

The Maschine Mikro MK3 is supplied with the Maschine software which can be used as a VST or AU plug-in or as a standalone application and includes a range of 25 professional-quality studio and creative effects and includes a filter, EQ, delay, reverb, and a compressor among many others. You are also supplied with a 1.6GB sample library that gives you hundreds of one-shots, loops, sampled instruments, presets, patterns, drum kits, and more as well as three of Native Instrument’s hugely popular synthesizers, Massive, Monark, and Reaktor Prism.
