The TS312 has a 12-inch woofer and a 1.4-inch neodymium tweeter that work together to provide the clearest sound imaginable, with a frequency response ranging from 53 Hz to 20 kHz and a maximum sound pressure level of 131dB. This speaker also has a bi-amplified 2000w Class D amplifier, as well as newly built transducers to deliver the finest possible sound. The robust construction of the TS312 makes it suitable for use as a major front of house speaker or an on-stage monitor.
Two combination XLR/1/4" connectors, as well as an inbuilt 2-channel mixer with two volume controls, are included on the back of this speaker, allowing you to directly input a signal from an audio source. There's also an XLR link output for connecting additional units, as well as an IEC power input, a ground-lift switch, and a contour switch for applying a little bit of equalisation if needed. When your signal is too hot, a built-in overdrive protector prevents overloading the speaker's transducers and reduces distortion; there's also a clip limiter LED that lets you know when the incoming signal is peaking.
The TS312 is contained in a super-durable injection-moulded polypropylene shell with a trapezoidal shape that allows the speaker to be used as a stage monitor and is engineered to withstand daily use. The drivers are protected by a fully perforated steel grille that is also acoustically transparent. With a 36mm standard pole attachment, you may mount the speaker to a speaker pole or utilise the numerous M10 rigging points to place it in practically any location.
