The delivery charges below apply to Mainland UK only.

• £5.95 - standard delivery (2-3 working days)
• £9.95 - next working day delivery
• £25.00 - Saturday delivery
• £25.00 - Sunday delivery (not available in all areas)
• Free delivery is 5-7 working days and available on orders over £50.00

• Working days are Monday - Friday.
• Bank Holidays are not working days
• If you place a next day delivery on a Friday delivery is Monday excluding Bank Holidays

An extra carriage charge will occur for deliveries to Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Highlands of Scotland.

For deliveries outside of the UK - including Europe, USA, Asia and Africa - we will contact you with the delivery cost.

Please note, large items or items over 30kgs may consist of an extra carriage charge.

The cut off delivery time for all orders is 3:00pm on any given working day.

Zomo and Sefour stands will incur a separate delivery charge

Mixdirect values your satisfaction with your purchase from us. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with any item purchased from us, you are entitled to return it for a full refund. Please take a moment to review the terms and conditions outlined below.

We understand the importance of customer satisfaction and therefore offer a 14-day returns guarantee. This means that you can return the product to us in its original condition within 14 days of receiving it, and we will provide a full refund of the original purchase price paid. However, please note that to be eligible for a refund, the return must meet the following criteria:

1. The item must be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
2. The item must not have been used, installed, or altered in any way.
3. The item must be returned with all the accessories and manuals that were included in the original shipment.

We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet these criteria.
